Traditional Rice & Curry
A symphony of flavours steamed rice accompanied by 5–7 curries including dhal, chicken, fish, vegetable, and sambol. Every plate is a masterclass in balance, spice, and heartiness.
Hoppers (Appa)
Sri Lanka's iconic bowl-shaped pancakes crispy at the edges, soft in the centre. Served plain, with a golden egg nestled inside, or as sweet treacle versions for dessert.
Kottu Roti
The unmistakable rhythmic chopping of roti on a hot griddle mixed with vegetables, egg, or chicken, spiced to perfection. Sri Lanka's most famous street food, elevated with our chef's special touch.
Grilled Freshwater Fish
